A look back at what has been a crazy experience.. =P

Finally i'm in the mood (AGAIN) to blog about nothingness.. =P anyways, because of the numerous things that i like to talk about, i'll just make a couple of summaries.. starting off with this..

~ ENTRANCE EXAMS! (UPCAT and ACET)

In UP.. well, the place is nice, with all the trees around the entire campus and having a humungous amount of land.. BUT THE TEST IS F***IN' HARD! actually, it's easy if you think about it.. but for the test in science and math (being the, of course, hardest part of the UPCAT), it kind of sucks. also include the reading comprehension part.. i felt dizzy during that last part.. i really didn't expect to study in that college anyway, even if it's probably the most popular and sought-after university by many.. so much for the P180 tshirt.. (souvenier lang naman un eh! haha)

then there's Ateneo and it's ACET.. About the place.. i was fascinated at how the high school looks. it's.... different.. even the cafeteria is kind of cool.. then there's the church of the gesu.. for me, it's much better in person.. but it looks more bigger in pictures.. haha but the place.. wow! =P as for the test, it's ok.. easy.. except math and numerical ability! (i feft dizzy (again..) during those subtests..) =P then there's english, complete with an essay part.. (oops! bawal sabihin ang topic.. haha) then there's general information, having questions that feels like they came from a certain game show in some certain tv channel... (Game KNB?) then there's abstract reasong, vocabulary, logical reasoning, analogies then numerical ability.. ouch.. but it's ok.. =D but i'm not expecting to pass the test.. (or maybe....... hmmm..) sana pumasa ako.. wahaha!

~the test in CSB
~some other college/s that i still have to think about... (UA&P?! No way..)

and yes.. Gotta get'em t-shirts! wahaha! =D

~ A growing obsession(?!) for naruto.. (the series mehn..)

I don't know how this started.. i guess it's probably because of continous viewing on episodes on ABS-CBN.. (and yes, we have no cable here.. rar.. *sigh*) I like sakura.. wahaha! got to watch the first 6 episodes and i'm hungry for more.. (i just need some cash.. =P) and i want to get that headband.. (i need P350! no fakes, thank you.. hehe)

~ Retreat

i can't explain it.. but it was fun, VEEEEERY FUN! ahaha the palce was big, the retreat master was cool, the rooms were cool, the food was yummy, the atmosphere is cool (and cold!) may mga epal.. (alam niyo na yan charity ;)) pero ok lang.. may iyakan pero hindi naman masyado.. overall, ... sana maulit.. haha

And i like to take this opportunity to say something..

SALAMAT SA MGA BUMIGAY SA MGA PALANCA LETTER/RECO LETTER/RETREAT LETTER PARA SA AKIN! =D

~ My opinion about the new features on Friendster! *critisize mode*

I think friendster made a bad move, about allowing the use of html and css and the like.. and allowing music and videos in the mix.. Haven't you guys thought about the millions (and more) of dial-up users around the world?! I, being one of them, hate it! i mean.. look..

what if, for example,  some certain user uses a lot of stuff in his/her profile.. or put a certain song and not putting any controls for it... (controls.. as in play, pause and stop) or putting a video whis is meant for broadband and not for dial-up.. or putting a song and disabling the stop button.. or some user making the entire profile a huge marquee and making it impossible to read the profile properly (i've seen this before, believe me!) or putting a lot of small marquees, consisting of pictures and text.. (That's why i keep my blog as simple as possible!)

I'm not suggesting that content should be regulated.. but i'm just asking that some "decorations" should be kept at a minimal.. that's all..

As for the other new features, like raising the limit of pictures (which is my favorite part on friendster), games, etc.. it's cool.. =D so that's it..

And yes, this is just in my opinion.. fell free to comment about this if you guys wish.. good or bad or just-plain-nothing, everything's fine with me.. =) so there..

~ Concerts/Gigs

The last two gigs that i've attended were Hale'sand Orange and Lemons'.. I went to SM North and at El Pueblo in Ortigas for Hale while it's just for SM North again for OnL.. I have nothing much to say except these bands are just.. exeptcional! and extraordinary?! ehehe.. i'll explain more next time.. now how how do i get to go to circle c to visit this certain store? hmmm..

Anyways, i'll add more later.. I'm now watching the first game between AdMU and DLSU in the Final 4 of the UAAP Basketball Season..

List of things to do:
~ Accomplish all requierments in school.
~ Study for the 1Q Exams!
~ Review for the UPCAT and take it on Sunday afternoon at the College of Arts and Letters!
~ Take care of all things about college.
~ Graduate with honors besides the Loyalty Award.
~ Get Buy CD of Paramita. (Yes, i have their cd now... hehe)
~ Attend events like STC's Family Day & Bandfest; our own school's Dance Night & Family Day, etc.
~ Fix all social problems by March!

*sigh* Life is such a BIG chore! isn't it? oh well.. =P

Album Launch of Bamboo (and SMB Event?)..

Note: I'll  keep on editing this as long as i can remember anything that happened during this time.. =)

*ehem* After sleeping for just 3 hours(Take note: 6am to 9am.. seriously!), staying in my mom's office for god-knows-how-many hours and riding the MRT for the first time(haha).. i finally made it in megamall at around 6:15pm.. But enough 'bout that... =P

as i went to the place.. there was this long line.. from the entrance to the department store all the way to the entrance to the place.. first of all, it was supossed to be "free"... (free like free entrance to the concert..) but nooo.. it's like a "No CD, No entry" sort of thing.. (UNFAIR! rar..) because you have to buy the cd in order to get in.. but who cares.. i've waited for that cd for weeks.. haha besides.. it comes with a poster and a t-shirt.. hehe =P while waiting in line, solo called coz she's asking me where i was.. well.. because apparently i'm joining her and the others for that day.. so there.. inside it's a rather small space.. with lots of people of course.. me andd solo waited for a veeeeery long time.. like an hour or so... haha then there.. at around 8pm, the show started (w/o solo.. haha)

all by myself, i went through 3 bands, 1 moshpit and dozens of songs for around 3 hours.. but it's ok.. =) i have a feeling that this is much like our "dance" night last december(minus the school bands and true faith plus bamboo.. hehe).. err.. anyways.. hale was up.. they weren't the hale that they used to be almost 6 months ago.. before they were nobodys.. now it's like.. poof! haha they played songs like broken sonnet, blue sky, kung wala ka, and (of course) their lastest single.. the day you said goodnight(very touching..).. =)

after them.. sugarfree!!! =D (ebe talaga.. pangsundalo ung suot niya nun.. tas kung anu-ano ung kinakanta niya.. ahaha asteeeg... =D \m/) uhmm.. first song was burnout, the some other songs from their albums sinta, prom, etc.. then of course hari ng sablay.. a smash hit here mehn.. =)

then it was time for bamboo.. =) well.. after around 20+ minutes of waiting.. rar.. hearing some of their new songs, i found out that they've gone a bit... soft.. (in terms of their sound).. on one song.. there're some violinists.. ...never mind.. hehe the first couple of songs got me sleepy.. until hallelujah was played.. ehehe =) after a few more songs from their new album, "masaya" came next.. follwing by these days.. then "mr. clay" then finally... "noypi"! =)

after the enitre performance.. autograph signing time.. well.. there's this other lil' bit about the signing.. if you bought a sim from a certain telecom company there and being one of the first 50.. you get to have wahtever you want signed plus picture taking.. and for those who did'nt buy the certain sim you ask? well.. you only get to have your cd signed.. (tsk tsk tsk.. so unfair..) and i believe i only got i of my cds signed because you can only have 1 cd signed.. i was supposed to have both my cds signed.. grrr.. [me <-- reklamador.. ahaha] oh well.. watta life.. =P

after a 3 hour experience.. i can happily end this summer this way.. =) erm....after the signing, iwent on to find the others.. i was supposed to go to the other event which is on the other parking of the mall (in front of the mall..) but no tickets are being sold at that time.. i don't care.. i'm tired anyway.. haha after which, i finally found them on the parking lot and having a lil' bit of chit-chat.. but alas it was time to go after a couple of minutes later.. hehe ass of this time.. my feet hurt! huhu T_T

as for the cd.. it's just like their concert.. a lil' bit on the soft side(with the exception of around two songs..) hmmm.. guess i have to listen to this album more.. haha anyways.. 'til here.. ciao! =)
